Inspection Assignment
Eliminate the hassle of manually assigning and tracking inspections. The Inspection Assignment module enables administrators to easily schedule, assign, and manage inspections across districts, groups, or an entire network. Streamlining the process saves valuable time and effort while ensuring compliance and confirming inspections are completed as scheduled and by the appropriate teams.
Inspection Review
Enhance the quality and accuracy of your state’s inspection data by leveraging a structured way to QA and QC review and validate collected data. Ensure compliance with established inspection standards and maintain high quality results. The Inspection Review module enables users to configure their reviewer workflow from initial inspection completion to final approval so that inspections are automatically routed to the appropriate contacts. Approve data and mark as review complete, or flag and comment on data and route to preview reviewers or inspectors for clarification.
Critical Findings
Streamline communication of Critical Findings among inspectors, key management personnel, and FHWA representatives. The Critical Findings module provides a configurable workflow to confirm findings and to notify involved parties, as well as to track follow-up actions. Get a network-wide overview of critical findings using the administrative dashboard.
Enhanced Mapping
Identify nearby assets, document safe parking locations for inspections, and provide precise coordinates for FHWA reporting. The Enhanced Mapping integrated throughout BrM uses Google Maps to display locations visually. BrM also offers seamless integration with other state-implemented mapping tools.
Ancillary Assets
Manage multiple asset types – such as tunnels, signs, dams, rock walls, retaining walls, and more – all in one place. Collect asset, inspection, and element data for each asset type. BrM allows you to define additional state-managed asset types and their elements, and to build Page Builder forms to support data collection. SNBI Submittal
